Bernarda Morin Center Bulletin

A new printed issue of the traditional Bulletin of the Bernarda Morin Centre began to be distributed in March in the Bernarda Morin Province and its works (Chile and Argentina). Since its beginning in 1996, its objective has been to make known the life and work of our foundress in Chile, Mother Bernarda Morin, a distinguished religious who followed Christ in a remarkable way, standing out for her charitable work in favor of the homeless of our country. “Today we live in a scenario of uncertainty, product of the pandemic that plagues us and its dramatic consequences.” In this context, the editorial of the bulletin indicates, “we invite you to echo the words of the Servant of God Mother Bernarda Morin, to see her example of fortitude and her call to surrender ourselves confidently to God.” In view of the above, the publication includes articles related to the necessary trust in Providence in times of crisis and the hope that the Gospel gives us. The content of the latest issue (No. 32) also includes a sketch of the history of our Province and Congregation, several other news, and concrete examples of solidarity amid the pandemic. The bulletin was prepared by the Office for the Cause of Beatification of Mother Bernarda, with the collaboration of the Communications Office of the Province. The printed publication is being distributed in the communities of the Province and in the works of the Providence Foundations. It was also shared in digital format by email, through social networks and through our website. On the latter, all the Center’s bulletins published to date are available.
