Circular letter on the occasion of the feast of Saint Vincent de Paul

Blessed Emilie Gamelin, foundress of the Sisters of Providence, was the servant of the poorest of all unfortunates and so being she followed the teachings and Rules of St. Vincent de Paul. Today, in order to celebrate the feast of this saint protector of the poor and patron of our Congregation, we share the content of the Circular Letter of the Vincentian Family, to which our Congregation belongs.
