Lent 2026 Returning to the Heart

“Lent begins… This year, the Laudato Si’ Movement invites us to return to the heart, because ‘Only by returning to the heart can a true ecological conversion take place.’ (Pope Leo XIV)

This proposal is inspired by the liturgical texts of Lent and by Dilexit nos, and combines contemplation, reflection, and action. A short daily prayer, guided meditation centered on the Heart of Christ and Creation, reflections on the Sunday readings, concrete suggestions for action, and an online contemplative vigil on March 14 (at 2:00 p.m.)… everyone will find something to nourish a conversion rooted in faith and in the heart.
